Our Commitment To You:
At The Villa we are continuing to help keep all of our guests, visitors and staff members safe. We would like you to be aware of the steps that we are taking to ensure the wellbeing of all remains paramount at the hotel.

Space:
At The Villa we have an abundance of space throughout the hotel along with several outdoor patios and terraces. Private dining is available upon request. Each dining room has its own separate entrance.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
-Face coverings are optional for all customers and staff.
-Protective equipment is available for staff should they require it.

Enhanced Cleaning:
The cleanliness of the hotel is our absolute top priority and our housekeeping is done daily however, if you prefer not to have your room serviced then please notify reception upon arrival.
Increased cleaning of high traffic and touch point public areas.
Wall-mounted sanitising units are available at various points throughout the hotel for customer use.

Training:
Our staff are trained on Covid-19 compliance.


Payment:

-Contactless payment is available up to £100.
-We will accept cash payment but we encourage the use of contactless payments.
-Payments can be made online, (please confirm your reservation with the card you wish to use) therefore no need to pay on departure.

Covid-19 Symptoms:
We kindly advise you do not visit The Villa if you have any Covid-19 symptoms.

Restaurant and Bar:
-Full table service is offered in the restaurant.
-Gloves are worn by staff when serving food.
-All tables and condiments are thoroughly cleaned after every use.
