We had beautiful photographs taken in the outstanding grounds on the most wonderful misty day! The canapés and wedding breakfast were delicious and the room we stayed in was luxurious. We couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely recommend any prospective brides and grooms to consider using The Villa as their dream wedding venue just like we did. We love spending time at The Villa and look forward to our next stay.”

“We had the wedding of our dreams at The Villa. Alison was absolutely amazing from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. She always replied promptly to emails leading up to our day and made the build-up so stress free! Alison went out of her way to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and she did everything with a smile! The Villa is very lucky to have her as their Wedding and Events Manager! The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is located on the most picturesque grounds. All of our guests commented on how lovely the food was and the service was impeccable. “We arrived at The Villa the night before the wedding, having lots of family arriving from abroad, it was the perfect setting to accommodate everyone for the whole weekend. We all sat down for dinner and was the perfect evening for everyone to settle in and warm up for the big day. The accommodation was faultless, and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Our wedding day was everything we wished for and more. To have all our family and friends with us in one venue, really made it special. We found The Villa was the perfect setting for a winter wedding. Incredibly cosy and the surrounding grounds and autumn colours looked perfect on our pictures. We couldn’t recommend The Villa enough!! So much so, we want to do it all again!”

“From the first time we visited The Villa, we knew it was the venue for us.  We wanted a small, relaxed ceremony and meal, followed by a big celebration in the evening.  This is exactly what we got. We chose to have our ceremony in the Orangery, through the original stone arch, that we fell in love with immediately. It was perfect for an intimate wedding of around 25 guests. The room was then turned around for the meal, while we enjoyed drinks outside, enjoying the surrounding scenery. The food was outstanding, with many of our guests commenting how much they enjoyed it. In the evening, we were down at The Pavilion, when the real celebration began. Again, this was the perfect setting for lots of dancing and drinking. Thank you for making our day so perfect. The Villa now has a special place in our hearts forever.”
